Refund Policy

WARREN goes on a live site, so you should get to try it without risking your money. You have 14 days to decide. And if an update we ship ever breaks your site and we can't put it right, you get your money back — no fight.

1. The 14-day guarantee

If WARREN isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we'll return the full amount to your original payment method. You don't have to justify it — if it's not working out, that's reason enough.

2. Our update promise

We take seriously that WARREN runs on sites people depend on. We follow a documented release process built to protect live sites, and we test both that a change works and that it fails safely. If despite that an update we ship crashes your site or locks you out, and we can't fix it promptly, we will refund you — this isn't a loophole, it's a promise. Reach us at support@warren.help and we'll prioritize getting you running first.

3. How to request a refund

1. Email support@warren.help from the address you bought with.
2. Include your order number or the email the receipt went to.
3. That's it. We'll confirm and process it.

4. When you'll get it

Refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method. Once we process it, the funds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. After a refund

When we refund a purchase, the associated license key is deactivated. You're welcome to come back and buy again later.

6. The honest small print

We offer refunds in good faith and expect the same in return. We may decline a refund where there's clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeatedly buying, using, and refunding, or attempting to keep using a license after a refund. If you're outside the 14 days and hit a real problem, still email us; we'd rather help than hide behind a date.
